This is one of the homes built in stone constructed in the 1700 and 1800's in Terrebonne, Québec that escaped the fire of 1922 that wiped out 1/3 of the city and left 1200 without housing. Its modest proportions, original cut stonework, well preserved openings and gable windows, pitched roof and stone chimneys are evidence of a traditional building well preserved.
